We advertise our exclusive listings on our billboards and TV screens to generate interest from passing traffic. In addition to our office in La Duquesa, we are now in the process of renovating our office in Sotogrande.
We work with a select network of professionals that includes lawyers, builders, and accountants. We are also members of the local real estate MLS system (Multi-Listing-Service). This allows us to be a single point of contact to our clients and maximises the exposure of our listings.
We focus a considerable part of our marketing efforts towards the local community. This is achieved through targeted advertising at local events, on billboards, and in publications in the local press. We also advertise in the leading Spanish property portals, including Idealista and Fotocasa.
Our close group of agents meet on a weekly basis in our office. We always discuss new listings and promote a spirit of collaboration. Each of our team members will work towards the sale of your property.
