Lisa Da Correggio
FOUNDER
Lisa Da Correggio is the founder of Golden Properties, where her vision, leadership and international experience have shaped the agency into a benchmark for luxury real estate on the Costa del Sol. She established the company during the Spanish real estate crisis, a period marked by market instability. The success of Golden Properties through those challenging years reflects her long-term commitment, strategic mindset and the values that continue to set the agency apart from others in the region.
Golden Properties began with offices in Estepona and La Duquesa, focusing on delivering a high-quality, client-centred service along the western Costa del Sol. In 2025, the agency expanded further with the opening of the largest real estate office in Sotogrande—marking a new chapter in its continued growth and commitment to excellence in one of the region’s most prestigious areas.
Originally from Trentino-Südtirol in northern Italy and the island of Florianópolis in Brazil, Lisa brings a global outlook to everything she does. She holds a Law degree and a Master’s in Marketing from the University of Padua, as well as a PhD in Law from Queen Mary University of London. During her academic career, she also lectured postgraduate students and legal professionals from around the world. Before founding Golden Properties, Lisa worked in property investment funds across Italy, Brazil and London, gaining valuable experience in high-level investment strategy, as well as cross-border transactions.
Under her leadership, Golden Properties has received multiple European Property Awards, including recognition for Best Real Estate Marketing and Best Agency Website in Spain. The agency is also a member of AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals) and LPA Spain (Leading Property Agents of Spain), and it is the only real estate agency in Sotogrande to hold the Fotocasa Quality Seal—testament to its professionalism, transparency and client-first approach.
Lisa has lived in Spain for many years and speaks Spanish, English, Italian and Portuguese fluently. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Andalucía’s natural surroundings, planning visits to renowned theme parks across Spain and the US, as well as relaxing at the beach at her favourite chiringuito in Estepona.
